Why Building Belts?
Building Belts restrict oxygen in the blood to the muscle causing metabolic stress. Metabolic stress creates lactate and lactate is the substance that produces muscle growth and repair. In simpler terms, they are a fitness accessory that contribute to building muscle with less effort. It confuses your muscles into thinking that they are working harder than they actually are.
The majority of research has focused on rehab implications for patients with atrophic muscles, but there are also a lot of potential performance enhancement results for athletes wanting to perform at their best. What would take someone 12 weeks to build strength in a weak muscle would only take two weeks with a belt applied. TWO weeks to build stronger performance and growth in the muscle. And it only takes one training session to experience visible changes in your arm and/or legs.
Building Belts should only be used for the upper thigh and the upper arm. The recommendation for tightness in the arms should be 5-6 out of 10. For legs, a 7-8.
And this is just the beginning of a growing brand.
